Take I-5 exit 306-B and follow signs to parking at Portland Meadows or Portland International Raceway. A FREE shuttle bus visits both off-site parking areas.

ADA Accessibility Information

ADA Parking:

ADA parking is available at both off-site parking areas - Portland Meadows & Portland International Raceway. Five wheelchair accessible shuttle vans rotate to each parking area. If a wheelchair accessible shuttle is not at your location, advise any of the standard shuttle drivers to radio an accessible shuttle to meet you.

Motorized Scooters & Carts:

ADA scooter/cart are allowed for those with government issued ADA parking permits only. Due to the Portland Swap Meet's regulations on motorized scooters/carts to the general admission, please clearly display your ADA parking permit on your scooter/cart.

Gas/fuel powered ADA scooters/carts are not allowed inside buildings, but may be used in the outside areas. Electric po wered ADA scooters/carts are allowed inside and out.

Driving Directions

  1. Proceed on I-5
  2. Take exit 306 for Interstate Ave toward Ptld. Int'l Raceway.
  3. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Delta Park/Portland Meadows/Portland International Raceway/Expo Center.
  4. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Ptld. Int'l Raceway/Expo Center and merge onto N. Expo Rd.
  5. You can park anywhere in the Meadows and then take a FREE Shuttle Bus to the Expo Center.
  6. Don't drive in the lanes that are reserved for Buses Only.
